David L Clark

Managing Director

Mr. Clark joined Sowell & Co. in 1999 and is a Managing Director in Sowell’s Private Equity Group. Mr. Clark is Chairman of American Integrity Insurance Group, Inc. and also serves on the boards of Savantis Solutions LLC and BEST Engineered Surface Technologies, LLC. After graduating, Mr. Clark worked for the consulting firm McKinsey & Co. He obtained a Master’s Degree before joining Sowell & Co.
